Launce is a Chartered Surveyor and past International Chairman of Construction and Quantity Surveying for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), as well as being a qualified Project Manager with the Association of Project Managers (APM). His previous roles include Director of European Operations for Capita, the Chief Quantity Surveyor for the Government of the Bahamas and Director of Project Management for Aecom. Launce has recently completed the delivery of a new holistic spatial framework for the Cambridge Biomedical Campus on behalf of NHS, University of Cambridge and Astra Zeneca. Launce has also worked on two large Garden Communities projects.
