Katy qualified as a chartered accountant at KPMG and then went into investment banking with stints at Hambros and UBS, followed by 18 years at Deutsche Bank where she had a number of client-facing and internal roles in corporate finance.  

She is an experienced trustee/non-executive director in the education and charitable sector with non-executive roles at the London Film Academy and DV8 Sussex, a media studies college in Brighton. She is also a trustee of several educational based charities. Her experience combines strategic, governance and operational experience with a solid understanding of financial oversight and risk management.
